STEP 1 : Application

Timeline: 4 weeks

We accept applications through our e-recruitment system TALEO. You can search for open vacancies without logging in by clicking Vacancies. If a position looks like a good fit for you, please create a candidate profile to apply for this position. Applications are posted for 30 days.

STEP 2 : Screening

Shortlisting – Timeline: 4 weeks

After the closing date, your application will be reviewed. You will not hear from the Recruitment Team until this step is complete. Please be patient while this process is taking place. You will be notified via e-mail regardless of the outcome of your application.

STEP 5 : Clearances

Timeline: on average 3-6 months

Staff members must fulfil certain conditions under NATO Civilian Personnel Regulations (CPR).
